2.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The data displayed on the Services may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors.
• Event times and details may change without notice.
• We rely on third-party data sources, public information, and automated systems that may fail, update slowly, or provide incorrect information.

Economic Events LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Services.

3. Not Financial or Trading Advice

The Services are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by Economic Events LLC constitutes:

• financial advice
• investment advice
• trading advice
• legal, tax, or professional advice
• a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument

3.1 Do Not Use for Trading or Investment Decisions

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

We do not guarantee that:

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Economic Events LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, we are not liable.

If any liability is found despite the above exclusions, it is strictly limited to $100 USD in total aggregate liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Economic Events LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

• your use of the Services;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your reliance on any information provided by the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, branding, logos, and proprietary data on the Services are owned by Economic Events LLC or licensed to us.

You may not:

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the “Last Updated” date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without liability. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full force.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Economic Events LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
